Excellent location, very friendly staff and good service. The space is calm and pleasant, and the breakfast food is delicious. The first day, however, it wasn’t clear what the breakfast included; we had to ask for details and were offered a few vague options. The room was clean and comfortable, but the internal terrace was in regular condition (dirty, poorly maintained), giving a sense of neglect. The pool area could also be better maintained, and we had little space to ourselves because of meeting reservations, leaving few shaded chairs for guests.

The staff’s service is warm and close, from Andrés at reception to Jesús and Daniel by the pool. Breakfast was delicious, and the room overall is spectacular!
