The location was great and the bed linen was spotless. The apartment was a nice size and the mattress was very comfortable, though it got a bit noisy at night when people were returning from restaurants and talking loudly.
It’s a genuinely nice hotel, but the female owner lacks people skills, comes across as a bit arrogant, and feels unwelcoming.
Location, staff was friendly even though no English is spoken at all. Some staff do not speak Bulgarian either but they try their best. Bad drain smell from the bathrooms. Mattress with metal springs poking out. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced every 3 or 4 nights. Reception isnt manned even at day time but staff from the restaurant are happy to help

They met me early and checked me in ahead of schedule because the room was ready and vacant. The central location means everything is close by, and the restaurant on the first floor is convenient. The room had everything needed and was very clean. The only downside was that my trip was very short.
