The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the value for money was good, the location relative to Pescara was convenient, the free parking near the hotel was a plus (though we struggled to find it at night), and breakfast was included at the nearby pastry shop. The private bathroom outside the room was very clean and tidy. I would have liked the window screens and a chair in the room, but otherwise everything was fine.

The building is elegant and modern, set in a beautiful village, but the bathroom was uncomfortable because it was on the floor below the room, so we could have run into other guests.

Emilio and his wife were the best—friendly and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly. The room was immaculate and superbly located in the heart of town, with a gourmet pizzeria, a wine bar, and various bars and restaurants right below. It was truly a case of too many choices! The only downside was that we had to walk up two floors to reach the room, but it was manageable and not a major inconvenience.
