We had a pleasant stay! Celeste at the front lobby was incredibly nice, accommodating, and kind. She was always smiling and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Her customer service was truly excellent and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. My only comment would be regarding the room cleaning. I noticed a small amount of shaved hair on the bathroom wall. Since I was already using the bathroom, I simply cleaned it myself. It wasn’t a major issue, but hopefully the housekeeping team can pay a little more attention to those details

“Won't Be Back”

Best margarita; excellent bar food; excellent service. Extremely overpriced for amenities. Restaurant area had zero atmosphere and furnished like a cheap cafeteria

Everything was nice. The staff was nice and the rooms were nice as well. Lisa the bartender was great. She was very helpful with recommendations for the city and provided excellent customer service

“Super buen hotel!!”

The hotel was excellent, with beautiful facilities and a modern design; the room and bathroom were very clean. It was a shame we only stayed to sleep and couldn’t use all the amenities. The only downside was that parking isn’t included and costs extra.
