The breakfast was good, but we were treated like a burden—no help with luggage, no Wi‑Fi info, no basic welcome. The rooms and lobby were dim and not very clean, lacking charm or detail. Bathroom amenities, mattress, and sheets were all low quality, making the high price completely unjustifiable.

The location was fine, but we had booked a room a month ahead for an anniversary and the room we had reserved had already been given away, so it wasn’t available for us—very disappointing. The rooms were poorly sound‑proofed.
