The room and facilities were impeccably clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the downstairs café turned out to be a lovely social spot; the pool and sauna were nice and stayed open late, though I was disappointed by the lack of room service and the absence of an in‑room refrigerator.

I appreciated being able to leave my luggage for the day, grab a drink, work in the common areas, enjoy the pool, and admire the design and informational maps; however, the shower was clogged, causing poor drainage and flooding in the bathroom, there were no pool towels, slippers, or bathrobes, and there was no hamam.

The hotel was very nice, with a beautiful setup, clean rooms, a great spa, and good breakfast, but there was no minibar and the wardrobe was too small.

The facilities and hygiene were good, and the breakfast was tasty and varied; the distances to places in Berlin turned out to be larger than expected, but the nearby shared bikes made it easy to get around.
