I stayed here for the Suwa Lake Marathon; it was close to the start line, which was a big help. No particular complaints.

The bath is good, with a jacuzzi, hot and lukewarm water, and a spacious open air area. The shower and faucet stop quickly, so they’re hard to use.

The hotel is large with large rooms, comfortable beds, and the onsen experience was great.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the room was spacious, the staff were friendly, the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel was pleasant, there was a mini convenience store with self‑service, a cute little shop, and it was possible to book a private onsen. The view of the lake from the room and the rooftop is beautiful, and on clear days you can even see Mount Fuji. However, tattoos are not allowed in the communal onsen.
