The room seemed updated and clean, was pleasantly quiet, and comfortable. The front desk was not staffed all night, so I couldn’t check out or get a receipt at 6 am. There was no coffee in the lobby and the exterior of the building needs a major facelift.

The room was clean. Good location. Parking lot tore up, only 1-way into or out of parking lot, no continental breakfast as advertised. In room coffee / tea station looks old uninviting

The place was a mess—everything was dingy, dark, and had a musty odor. The sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels felt worn and smelled stale, and the floors were slimy. Dust clumped in corners, closets, and the bathroom. Outside our door, a group of non‑guests wandered from the attached bar, acting threateningly.

The only bright spot was the proximity to I‑95, but the property itself was filthy. The pool had a slight green tint and felt unsafe, and the parking lot was ripped up and impossible to use from our room.

The location was decent, but everything else was lacking. The entire building clearly needs a remodel. The air conditioner was broken, so they assigned me a twin room with two beds. The front‑desk lady was friendly, though.
