The location and the ability to bring a dog into the restaurant were positives. We stayed in Schesaplana, but unfortunately the hotel was worn out and in disrepair. The carpets on the stairs and hallways were torn and dirty, the rooms were dark and the lights worked only halfway. The balconies had peeling paint. My wife and I found splinters in the floor; nothing matched the price we paid. It’s only suitable as a workers’ accommodation, and going to Walliserhoff for food and wellness was a mistake. The restaurant was chaotic: we weren’t on the list for breakfast and dinner, and after an urgent request a correction was arranged. The food was OK, but the portions were generally small. Huge disappointment.
