The place is well situated, close to the airport, with nice views and helpful staff at the mini‑supermarket. The reception, however, was disappointing: I had been waiting for check‑in since noon, yet couples and families who arrived later were processed first, and I was the last to be turned around. As a solo female traveler I felt overlooked. When I complained, the staff blamed a recent hand‑over and said the previous manager had given no instructions. A simple question—“Who arrived first?”—would have resolved it.

The location is great and the price is unbeatable, which is why I keep coming back. On this visit, however, the cleanliness fell short: a small flying cock appeared on the dishes and the pillows smelled dirty even though the covers looked clean. We were assigned a room right across from a sewer, so if you’re slow to close the door the smell seeps in. I really love the hotel, just wish they could fix these small issues.
