“Pleasant”
We first booked a single night because the location was perfect, but after meeting Marian and Sarah we stayed because of their kindness, professionalism, and the welcoming vibe they created. The rooms could use some upkeep, yet the staff made the stay truly special. Even when we flew to Luxor and back, they flexibly let us leave our luggage there, which made everything easier. Ultimately, the amazing staff convinced us to stay instead of looking elsewhere. Their kindness and helpfulness made the experience feel authentic, comfortable, and pleasant. Huge thanks to Marian and Sarah for making our visit memorable! The showers need improvement, the beds could be more comfortable, and the walls would benefit from fresh paint and general maintenance. With a few fixes, the rooms could match the excellent hospitality.
