This was the most beautiful place I’ve stayed at—a perfect lodge spot with spotless, beautiful rooms, great furniture, and a bed that was exactly what we wanted, clean with nice bedding; the rooms open to a great lake view and outside seating, and there’s a sauna and spa by the lake, kayaks, and swimming for families; the staff were welcoming, and this last‑minute switch from our original booking for the whole weekend was a no‑regret move—Plan B worked out perfectly. I’ve seen reviews from two years ago that disappointed guests, but I can assure you it’s worth returning, perhaps after renovations.
