I was pretty close to Vannes by car, but getting there with Waze was a hassle. The reception staff were very friendly, yet there was no elevator to the second floor. The room hadn’t been ventilated and still carried a tobacco smell plus odors from previous guests.
“Arrivée difficile”
I liked the breakfast, the cheerful atmosphere, and the friendliness of the breakfast staff, and the value for money was good. I absolutely disliked the connection to the arrival gate: arriving at 23:00, we couldn’t enter the parking with our car without passing through the internal gate. We were forced to register eight times—once for each of us—entering our names, emails, before getting a parking code and our room number, and at that moment we also had to pay the tourist tax for all eight people. The entry to the property was autonomous and fine, but the procedure was long and tedious. We had already paid for our reservation, so a single code should have sufficed to get the room number. Also, the tourist tax should have been included in the booking to avoid paying it on arrival night.
Lit confortable. Pomme de douche trop large, mais ce n'est que moi
“luces y sombras aunque cómodo para visitar la ciudad”
The place was comfortable for a visit to Vannes, but on one day the room wasn’t cleaned, the entrance door was dirty, and someone urinated on the access stairs, giving off a smell—there’s room for improvement in exterior cleaning.
“A part la remarque sur les sanitaires, hôtel recommandable”
The place is very well located and the breakfast was decent. The staff at the front desk were pleasant. However, I found a few hairs in the shower and some hair on the toilet.
