The beds are great, mattress comfy. Sheets were clean and smelled nice. The bathroom faucet leaks and the toilet seat needs a new cover, but otherwise everything's fine.

Everything's organized, the location and price are solid. The blanket was dirty, food had spilled on it and wasn't swapped, even a woman's hair was on it. It's not a deal‑breaker, but it's not ideal.
