Location, it was quiet, no road noise. The bed was a little uncomfortable

“The staff especially housekeeping and kitchen staff were exceptional the cleanliness was not there though. You can tell”

The staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies were super nice while the kitchen staff were sweet and helpful, but the place felt outdated and unclean; baseboards had broken spots, the toilet was dirty, and the chair in the room was stained.

“HORRIBLE STAFF RUN DOWN FACILITY. NOT UP TO PAR FOR A HAMPTON PROPERTY”

The check‑in staff were rude, and the first room I walked into had two handicapped men; when I finally got to my room, the commode wouldn't work and I had to go back down to fix it all again, with a rude person at the desk throughout.
