Clean, 20 minutes walk from the waterfront; no elevator, no porter to carry luggage, late check‑in, check‑in was outside the building and it was very cold, the room was small, hallway noise was loud, and the bathroom was tiny.

Good location and affordable, but our friends had a tiny room compared to ours.
Everything from the staff’s welcome and friendliness to the rooms was great. The only downside was that the TV channels were limited, lacking enough sports and movie options.
Nice place, but the toilet area was too small.

The room was neat and clean, and the bed was a good size with comfortable pillows. I had hot water for a bath and felt safe. However, I couldn't use the TV because the remote was broken, and the shower was too small. The neighbours were noisy—probably the walls or bed arrangement were poor—so I could hear all their conversations and activities. There were no lifts.
