Everything was flawless; I highly recommend it. Nothing to add.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and ended up in a room overlooking the lake and mountains, absolutely stunning! If you get the chance, reserving that room is well worth it. The breakfast was also very good, and we have no complaints.

The facilities are spectacular and the staff are very courteous.

The location is great, and the view of the lake is beautiful. The breakfast offered a good selection. The mattresses could use a change.

Hotel bem apresentavel e muito conservado. Acomodação com bom espaco, cama confortável, ar condicionado, minibar e TV funcionando perfeitamente; Bom sinal de wifi; Excelente banho; Boa roupa de cama e banho; Otima higienizacao tanto do hotel como da acomodação; Restaurante proprio com opções e preços razoáveis. Café da manhã bom, com variedades como pães, queijos, biscoitos, bolos e croissant, sucos, café e leite. A localização é razoável. Dá para ir a pé da estação, porém é necessário caminhar uns 20 minutos e mesmo assim utilizando as escadas rolantes e elevador para chegar próximo ao hotel, além de caminhar por uma subida um pouco íngreme. Achei melhor pegar o ônibus até o ponto próximo ao hotel, a 10 minutos de caminhada. Próximo ao hotel tem restaurantes, mercados e lojas em geral. Local agradável para turistar. De não ter permanecido por mais tempo
