The staff were very kind and efficient; the rooms were huge and perfectly fitted, but the hotel is on the second floor of a building with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage would be uncomfortable.

The safe was broken and the girl didn’t bother to help, I understand it was night, but the next day another woman helped me open it. If you have many bags, or are adult parents, the reception on the third floor has no elevator. The hotel starts on the third floor, and the floors 5‑6 are a mess.
