The accommodation radiates a family‑like atmosphere. The lobby is very cozy, the staff is great, and it’s an oasis in the middle of Valparaiso.
The staff made the biggest impression: both Samira, who greeted us, and the owners we chatted with on day two were exceptionally warm and attentive. The property is large, spacious, and beautifully decorated inside. Our room was lovely, offered superb sea views, and had a comfortable, clean bed. Breakfast was delicious and varied. After checking out, they let us leave the car on the premises for convenience and later helped us retrieve it, earning a 10/10 for service. Everything was great, though the price feels a bit high; otherwise it was perfect. Thanks for the stay!
