The hotel features a restaurant serving French and International cuisine, a bar with a glass roof, tea room, and ice cream parlour. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and satellite TV. A souvenir shop sells religious objects and clothing. Nearby ski stations include Hautacam, Cauterets, and Luz-Ardiden.

The hotel sits right next to the sanctuary, which is super convenient. The room was small, and one of the double beds was on the smaller side, and I had to change hotels when I arrived.

Being close to the sanctuary and having plenty of dining options is great. The breakfast buffet, however, left something to be desired.

The location is spot‑on and the staff are very attentive. I did have to wait a long time to get on or off the elevator, as there’s only one lift in a nine‑storey building, and the regular breakfast was just okay.

Hotel Saint Sauveur is only a five‑minute walk from the Lourdes cathedral area. The room and bathroom are nicely furnished, and there’s a good warm/cold breakfast buffet; you can also pay for lunch or dinner buffets. The bistro on site serves snacks and coffee. The hotel has an elevator and is barrier‑free.
