Место отеля, вежливый персонал, красивый дизайн отеля. Вкусный буфет и разнообразные завтраки. 1. Останавливались в отеле не первый раз. В этом году стало гораздо больше семей с детьми (видимо еще из-за того, что на территории построили детскую зону с бассейном). Очень шумно в общих зонах. 2. Цены выросли как на услуги СПА, так и в ресторанах, а качество не улучшилось особо

The beach of this property is lovely. The staff do not have the basics right. Check in takes forever and you are given lots of irrelevant information. Overall, Service is not anticipatory or comprehensive and things are continually missed. Housekeeping is extremely extremely poor. Overall the quality of the food on offer isn’t notable, and at the lower end. While I think this hotel has potential, it does not act like a 5* hotel. I think a serious change is needed to improve this hotel or it should be reclassified as a 4*
