It’s affordable, clean, and in a good spot, so I’ll stay here whenever I’m in town. After a night out at some of Manhattan’s best bars, I was dropped off at the hotel and realized I’d lost my phone. An angel‑like front‑desk staff member that evening helped me search (but the phone wasn’t found) and even gave me a wake‑up call so I could leave on time for work. The facilities were clean, the listed amenities were present, and the bed, shower, and furnishings were all in good working order. I’m not sure what some people expect for the price you pay… lol. What’s not to like? Affordable? Check! Helpful staff? Double check!

The location and price were fine, but I found hair in the sink and there were no bath towels in my bathroom.

Booking and check‑in were straightforward and the location was convenient. The staff’s friendliness was initially okay but they didn’t seem very eager to provide customer service throughout my stay. The room, bed, and AC were comfortable, but the cleanliness and upkeep were lacking. The bathroom vent fan was running but not working properly, the TV was broken, and the room’s proximity to the lobby meant a lot of noise and chatter.
