The hotel building itself is stunning, and the interior design of the rooms is just as impressive. The view from the hotel's balcony is breathtaking – I spent hours just gazing out at the scenery. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread is really good. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

This place really delivered on all fronts - the location was perfect, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed by the little touches, like the bed warmers that kicked in when it was freezing outside. However, there was one thing that let it down: the room heating could be a bit more effective, especially on the chilliest nights. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I'd definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cozy rooms and the staff's exceptional attitude, which made up for some issues with the heating system. The bed warmers and washroom heater did a decent job of keeping me warm on a chilly night, but I think the hotel could benefit from installing radiators or hot and cold ACs to tackle really cold temperatures like minus 17. The sun heaters are okay, but they just aren't enough to heat a room that cold.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel, they went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. However, the hotel's atmosphere at night was pretty dull, with no streetlights or nearby attractions to speak of, making it feel a bit deserted. The lack of a proper restaurant on site was also a letdown, and the heating system was a major issue - the hydronic wall heating system they had was non-existent, and the standard heating wasn't enough to keep the room warm.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. However, the noise from the street and the neighboring bars made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The rooms themselves were small but clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering I checked in late. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but you do get what you pay for.
