We appreciated how local everything was, the van was clean, the beds were made up on arrival, and Claire was very helpful when I called her for information. The beds were a little uncomfortable but acceptable for our short stay.
The location was great, but it wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t get in because we didn’t have the pass code for the barrier, and the caravan needed updating; it wasn’t comfortable for my 82‑year‑old mum. I asked questions, which were initially answered but then the staff stopped responding.
