The front‑desk staff were friendly, yet the place smells, the bed is not comfy, and overall it’s just okay.

The breakfast was big and hot.

The staff member was great, ensuring nothing ever ran out of breakfast. Lorelei at the front desk was fantastic! She really helped me out a lot and learned that I've been missing out on best Western points because no other location ever asked me if I was a member like she did. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful for her informing me.

The staff were great and breakfast was good, but the mattress and pillows were not up to par.
