The staff here are absolute rockstars - they went out of their way to provide exceptional service, and the rooms are nice to boot.
Being close to Istiklal street was a total must for us, and this place delivered big time.
For the price, this place is a total steal.
The room was super comfy, especially with the balcony to chill on.

This Standard Double Room has a quiet street view and a private entrance. The room features a seating area and a dining area, and it includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The air-conditioned room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea and coffee maker, and soundproof walls. It has 1 bed and sleeps 2 guests, with 1 crib available.
We really disliked the hotel; for the price it was far below expectations, the cleaning was poor, after two days they never replaced the face towels even after we asked repeatedly, the cleaning lady said she finished work at 14:00 when we asked her to clean, left the trash in the middle of the room after her shift, and when we returned in the evening the trash was still there; we could never find the reservation staff when we tried to speak to them, and if we hadn’t paid in advance we would have left after one day.
There was nothing positive to mention; the air‑conditioner was broken, the staff were indifferent and the service was zero.

I'm not sure what to say about this place - the smell in the lobby is absolutely overwhelming and the staff seem completely uninterested in helping. It's a shame, because the location is actually pretty great. I just wish they'd do something about the stench.

We liked the location a lot because the hotel is just a 2‑minute walk from Istiklal Street, and everything—shopping, restaurants, bars with live music—is close by, plus the metro and funicular are nearby. The host was kind and helpful, and we had good communication with him. The only downside was the nearby nightclub, which made it noisy at night.

I had an amazing experience at this accommodation in Istanbul - the neighborhood is super safe, the apartments are spotless, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and I'll definitely be back on my next trip.
