The front desk staff were super helpful, kind, and nice. The room size was good. The bartender was great. The restaurant food is pretty good and the prices are great. The hotel and room felt a bit dated and worn out. The flush took almost 10 min to refill, which was a 10 min nuisance in your bedroom and pretty loud.

The location was perfect and the room was very nice. All good.

The location was excellent because the metro was easy to access and very close, and the surroundings were really beautiful. The room was spacious and had a nice historical feel. However, the cleanliness was not up to standard as we found dirty underwear in the bedroom. When I called reception, they were understanding and moved us to another room, offering us free breakfast as compensation. Even though the staff were helpful and kind, I believe the hotel should improve its room inspection and cleaning standards
