We liked the room, the bathroom and the duvet. Also great location. Wifi was weak outside the reception and the bed was a double but could have been larger.

The location seems very good and central, and the front‑desk staff is very friendly. The breakfast: the coffee is awful and the eggs seem mixed with a previously cooked part because they arrive almost cold. The orange juice looks like a packaged one, and when you ask if there’s another juice the answer is unfortunately no.

The shower is huge and has a spray head, the bed is comfy with good sheets and pillows, and the rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The hotel itself looks pretty, and the staff are very friendly, especially Luiz who took great care of us. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops and is close to the metro station, easy to find. The lack of an elevator made carrying luggage a bit of a hassle, even though they helped us up and down the stairs. The air conditioner didn’t work on hot days and was quite cold during my stay. Breakfast was à la carte, repetitive, and there were no fruit options, which I missed, though it was still tasty and could have been more varied.
