The property was clean and tidy, the staff friendly, the location good, and breakfast superb. The only drawback was the parking arrangement, similar to many hotels in Llandudno.

Having the restaurant downstairs was convenient; the breakfasts were fantastic, and we dined there twice. The room was spacious with a large bed. The mattress was lumpy and sagged, the chair upholstery was stained and dirty, and hot water ran out after two normal‑length showers with hair washes. The lighting was dim, especially in the bathroom; a light above the mirror would have helped.
