“Sea Coast in September”

Very helpful and kind staff. Great proximity to the beach. Anastasia was great at providing activities and entertainment. Clean rooms and new pool towels every day. Very quiet as the season ended, which was great! Food could be warmer. Sun beds were wet and took ages to dry. No place to sit / communal areas inside. So when it was cold, the bar area was unusable and there was nowhere to sit as a group.

The location was fantastic, especially the close proximity to the sea, and the pool and sea were very clean. The food, however, was limited in variety and always the same, so I couldn’t enjoy meals. The dining area’s ventilation was poor, and the grill’s smell was off‑putting right from the entrance.

“Poor value for money”

Beautiful view over the bay, comfortable room, excellent wi-fi, friendly and helpful staff, very good cocktails, and excellent facilities for families with small children. The playroom is great and the kiddy pool was probably our favourite part of the resort. The hotel also kindly allowed us to keep our room until 12:00 instead of the standard 11:00, which we appreciated. They also offered us complementary lunch on the day we were leaving (we had to leave by noon so we couldn’t stay, but greatly appreciated the offer). For a hotel charging around €500 per night and marketed as 5-star, we expected a LOT more. Housekeeping was quite basic — the beds were made and towels replaced, but used drinking glasses were not replaced. The toiletries were basic and not enough for a room of three. The towels themselves were also very worn, hard and rough. We also had issue with housekeeping ignoring our Do Not Disturb - three times in one day (twice for cleaning and once to bring water), and they woke up our sleeping baby despite the sign being displayed. We had already communicated that our baby sleeps during the afternoon and had specifically asked for housekeeping to come after 2pm. There were also several maintenance issues: the shower and sink did not drain properly. During dinner, we also had two light fixtures in the restaurant leaking water, with buckets placed underneath them. That was honestly quite shocking to see in a 5-star resort. The buffet is very abundant but the quality is hit or miss, with quite a lot of mediocre dishes. A big issue was that the hotel did not have enough toddler chairs during mealtimes. We had to look for one ourselves and were simply told that there were none available. We understand the hotel may not have expected so many young children, but after this happened once, we would have expected the situation to be addressed. To be fair, the hotel did reach out to us during our stay and we raised the housekeeping timing issue with them. We appreciated that they were responsive and also appreciated the late checkout. However, we didn't expect to have to report every basic service or maintenance issue individually — at this price point, we shouldn't have to ask for everything to be done properly. Overall, there are things we really like about the hotel, especially the location, views, staff and children's facilities

Absolutely spectacular from beginning to end. The resort is in a fantastic location, offering the perfect combination of beautiful surroundings, tranquility, and easy access to the sea. Everything is of an exceptional standard, from the beautifully maintained property and comfortable rooms to the quality of the food. The dining experience was excellent, with fresh, delicious dishes and plenty of variety. The service deserves special mention. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stands out is the overall quality and attention to detail throughout the resort. From the location and food to the service and facilities, everything feels carefully thought out and beautifully executed. A truly outstanding resort and an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a high-quality seaside escape. I would happily return. Nothing

I can’t think of a better word than “perfect” to describe this resort! I’ve flown twice to the same place a month apart, and I have nothing else to add. Food, hygiene, rooms, and exceptionally polite staff—bravo! I hope you get even better each season. Kudos! But the bartenders Paris and Marios were a nightmare. I’d forbid them to keep their jobs. They were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and arrogant, acting like we were prisoners instead of guests who spent a decent part of their budget here. During a 15‑day stay, I didn’t see any demanding or rude guests, so these two were the only ones who behaved that way. I’ve never seen such unprofessional people in a similar venue in Europe. I wish you grow and improve each season, but with these two, progress feels impossible. The young staff at the bar were all good—smiling, positive, helpful—but because of these two, I couldn’t even approach them. I could write more, but I think this is enough for you to know what to do.
