The forest setting is excellent and you need a car. The owners are kind, helpful, and present for every request. There are no criticisms; it’s definitely recommended for anyone wanting to visit all the towns at the foot of Monte Amiata.

Monique and Hans created a peaceful, natural retreat. The lovely room and the versatile, lovingly designed property impressed us. But it was Monique’s warm, friendly personality that made the stay truly special. She is an extraordinary host who, with great warmth and attention, makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment. We enjoyed the time very much and will gladly return.

The property offers a nature‑immersed environment far from routine, relaxing and ideal for those who need to escape daily work, city life, and concrete. Therefore I recommend it to anyone who needs peace, nature, and tranquility. The host is very helpful and impeccable.

The villa is surrounded by nature, a magical spot to wander through the forest and stay at the B&B. I read a book in the peaceful surroundings, simply wonderful. The only downside is that the property is isolated, but a 15‑minute drive gets you to nearby towns for lunch, a snack or dinner.

Everything was perfect: Monique and Hans were super friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The room and the whole house were meticulously cared for, spotless, and the location was ideal for a quiet stay amid the green hills of Maremmana. We really felt at home and would recommend it to everyone.
