I couldn't smoke inside the hotel.
The staff were friendly, but the edge of the bath in the large communal pool was rusted and had splinters.

The staff at this place were really on top of things - they even had phone chargers available, which was a lifesaver. The optional breakfast was great too, I loved the Japanese-style meal. My only tiny complaint is that the showerhead in the big bath was a bit awkward to use.

I stayed two nights and liked that the bath water contained hot‑spring minerals. The single room’s air‑conditioning vented poorly, leaving a lingering smell, and the shower’s temperature knob was broken so I couldn’t set it and it ran a bit too hot.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay here - the hallway floor was super dirty and there was only a big public bath, no private ones. That's pretty much it, but it was a letdown.
