It did the job for our stay in Bohol and there was a tiny shop right next door. Ants, cockroaches, and spiders appeared almost daily over the seven days; the owner said it’s normal in a rural area. The water heater was broken, so early showers were uncomfortable. Everything else was far from convenient—no Grab service, taxis rarely passed by, and we had to wait a long time for rides. The room was spacious but cramped by a huge bed and wardrobe.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. A TV would have been nice for rainy days.

The bed was comfortable, but it was annoying that someone always had the TV on the floor below. Not suitable for people with limited mobility because there are stairs to enter the property and to reach the room. There was little light outside. The location shown on Booking was 20 minutes from the port, but the actual location is 50 minutes away. The A/C was very noisy, plus the road noise.
