I discovered this small, quiet hotel in a former train station, which is pretty original. The person who welcomed me, probably the owner, was super pleasant. The food was very good and full of surprises for me. Very, very nice. The only issue: there was no TV in the room. I’m a big fan of continuous news or other shows, so I left them on and listened half‑heartedly.

The setting is very beautiful, the garden is magnificent and the location perfect. The room is very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were attentive. The shower had a bad smell and there was a drainage problem (the staff knew it, as the windows were opened only to hide the odor). I had to block it with a towel to sleep. The shower walls were transparent, revealing the decaying wood behind; a renovation is needed. The bedding is very bad, too thin; I’m not heavy, but it felt like sleeping on a plank.
