The resort sits at the end of a road that passes through a senior housing development and it’s a pretty spot, but we booked a king balcony room and the windows and balcony were very dirty; the paint on the outside chairs was chipped and the chairs were so dirty you wouldn’t want to sit on them. You have to ask the front desk to clean your room every day, otherwise they expect you as the guest to get your own clean towels and coffee for the coffee machine. When I requested they clean my room and we returned from a day it had not been done, there was no one at the desk to have it done. Finally, when I booked the stay the website indicated you could get breakfast on Thursday mornings in the dining room. I repeatedly asked the girl at the front desk on Wednesday if we could get breakfast and was told YES. When we went down for breakfast Thursday morning however, the staff told us, “Sorry, no breakfast, we have a private event today”. So a private event booked by a wealthy patron overrides other guests not as important, which was very unprofessional and upsetting.

Location and grounds, including the swimming pool, are good, but the bed was a little bit sloping from middle to side.
