The management handled my needs wonderfully, and the place is conveniently situated with easy freeway access, nearby groceries, and entertainment spots.

I liked the location, it’s fine. I had to withdraw cash for the deposit because the staff said it would take 5 days to return it, and they never told me the amount; when I came back they claimed I was $50 short but excused it. Then I was given a room that wasn’t ready, was dirty, and was locked inside; I had already informed the staff before arrival and was handed someone else’s room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, but my experience was marred by an unexpected deposit fee that I was charged at check-in. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it to some extent. However, the surprise fee left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, it was an average stay.
