The hotel was very nice and I couldn’t fault it – the facilities were good and everything was clean. I paid for breakfast, but on the day we left early there was no breakfast available, so I paid for something I didn’t get. I suggest they always keep a few items for guests, like biscuits, fruit, or yogurt, even if it’s not fancy.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly, gave great tourist suggestions, and even booked my cab back to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the breakfast menu.

Our room on the eighth floor was clean and spacious, and the staff were pleasant and responsive with daily thorough cleaning, though the room was dim and even with all the lights on it stayed rather dark.

The reception was solution‑oriented and cheerful, the kids were fantastic, and the bellboy was very helpful and friendly. We had a good breakfast and made use of the hotel facilities. However, the cleaning was awful; the sheets were clean but the room itself was spotless. A table left dirty by the previous guest was handed to us without being cleaned, it was sticky and tacky. I told reception and it was cleaned right away, but when I tried to explain the situation to the housekeeping manager, he didn't even want to listen. A place this good should be cleaner.
