The hotel's city center location provides easy access to top attractions like Maritime Museum, The Markthal, and Depot Boijmans van Beuningen, all within walking distance. Multiple transportation options are available, including metro, tram, train, car, and water taxi.

The rooms were basic and simple, and the space felt cramped after showering.

The location of the property was great, and the staff—from reception to kitchen to housekeeping—were all very successful and friendly. Every day our room was tidied up, towels were changed, and the level of attention satisfied us. The downside was that because of the location, the parking, which is almost as expensive as the stay, was paid and that was annoying; this should have been clearly stated during booking. Another issue was that the room marketed as accessible only had two grab bars in the bathroom, which does not qualify as an accessible room; we had to provide a plastic chair to meet our bathroom needs.
