The staff were very nice and helpful, and the location is good, yet the shower took a long time to heat up and the water pressure was weak.

The food was nice, the location excellent near the airport, the staff friendly, the price fair, rooms spacious and clean, but I couldn’t use the on‑site laundry because my phone had an Israeli number; the staff didn’t understand the issue and it was disappointing. We stayed at your Marriott in Orlando, had no laundry, used coins, and the service was simple and convenient.

The location was fine, but upon arrival the receptionist informed us that our booked 2‑bed suite was unavailable due to construction, despite having paid two days earlier with no prior notice. We were moved into a 1‑bed suite with a sofa bed and a roll‑away bed, both with metal springs poking through the mattresses; the result was horrible and neither of us slept.
