The location was great, but the walls felt like cardboard, letting in all the noise from the street and the hotel; the bathroom had grime around the sink, and the beds were unmade, leaving us to do it ourselves.

The toilet was cleaned, but water was cut off frequently during our stay, the air conditioning was terrible and never fixed even after we reported it, and the price hike was outrageous—booked for €97, but at check‑in they demanded cash and charged €107, refusing the lower amount, then charged €110 the next two days with no explanation. The bed even leaked, and it took a long time before they replaced it.

The spot is great, but the regular cleaning left some hair on the towels, and the windows don’t seal well, so the street noise is loud.

Located in a central part of Tirana , city easily accessible on foot. Staff very helpful and welcoming and speak very good English. The room was a good size and more than met our requirements. Nothing
