The location of this hotel is superb - it's right across from a large shopping mall with plenty of clothing stores and a great currency exchange.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made my stay truly special.
When we opened the curtains, the views were truly spectacular, and we felt like we were on top of the world.
The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive, and the pleasant aroma throughout the property made it a joy to be there.

City views greet the Deluxe Family Room, which accommodates two guests. The private bathroom offers a shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, free Wi‑Fi and a tea/coffee maker provide climate and entertainment, while a carpeted floor, safety deposit box, socket by the bed, desk and seating area complete the in‑room facilities.

“Good except for the hot water issue”
There was no hot water when we needed it for bathing, etc.
The location was superb, the room was clean and they gave me a truly quiet room after I asked for one, which was fantastic; a few issues came up but the staff fixed everything almost magically, and visiting the night food market on Saturday and Sunday for tasty bites was a great bonus, although the Wi‑Fi wasn’t very good, a cigarette smell kept coming through the air‑conditioner until I mentioned it and it disappeared the next day, and the hot water wasn’t working until I reported it and it started right away; staying five nights at this price made this level of satisfaction hard to achieve elsewhere.

The location was great – you can see the sea and walk to the nearby Jalan Gaya, but the staff service left a lot to be desired; the Chinese‑speaking female employee was rude, asking me to pay an extra 30 MYR at check‑in even though the booking already included it, and later refusing to let me use the restroom after I stored my luggage, while a Malay woman and the plump owner were much nicer.
