“像到朋友家作客般地親切住宿體驗”
The host is a Chinese older sister and a Japanese gentleman, both very friendly and welcoming, and they personally greet guests at check‑in, so it’s best to give an exact arrival time to avoid waiting. On Booking, questions were answered quickly, and speaking Chinese is convenient. We stayed in the first‑floor family room, which has a private shower; the toilet is at the door but sometimes upstairs guests come down to use it. The shared first‑floor bathroom has a washer with a dryer, and the host provides detergent. The first‑floor kitchen is available to guests. The family room fits three people comfortably, and you can open a suitcase without trouble. The host prepares breakfast daily for guests, using fresh local ingredients, and asks beforehand about any allergies. The location is within a 10‑minute walk of the train station and Takayama Zanyu, all on flat, easy streets. Thanks to the older sister for letting us store two large suitcases for two days, letting us travel light to other places. The house faces the road, but traffic is light, it’s quiet at night, and the room’s soundproofing is good, with little disturbance from upstairs guests. The second‑floor economy room is smaller, and several people share one bathroom. There is no elevator. The lock on our room number was a bit jammed and not very easy to open.
