“Very nice hotel and incredibly kind staff!”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the center and within easy reach of everything, while still being tucked away enough to feel peaceful and protected from the noise and chaos of the streets. The room was always clean and very nice. The service was incredible from the very first minute. We arrived at the hotel feeling unwell (Bali belly) and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. The room service was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant, which was especially convenient while we were not feeling our best. We also loved the flexibility of the breakfast service: you can order breakfast at any time of the day, which is incredibly convenient and gives you much more freedom when planning your days. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. A truly wonderful experience

The location was great, but most of all the staff were sublime—so friendly and helpful we had rarely seen before. Nothing you asked for was too much to ask, and everything was done with a smile. The food at the restaurant was also truly extremely tasty; every dish was top.

“Tolle Anlage. Supertoll zum Relaxen.”

The property is very beautiful. I booked a villa with its own pool, which was wonderful and an oasis of calm. The staff are extremely friendly but never intrusive. The food at the restaurant was very good, but the main restaurant was very noisy from the street.

“Amazing stay best hotel in Ubud”

The hotel was incredibly friendly, and the room with a private pool was the highlight. I liked everything—just a 5‑minute walk from Ubud’s center, and it felt super calm.
