We were really impressed with the hotel's modern look and decent condition, but our stay was marred by some issues. The owner was a bit too keen to know when we were leaving, knocking on our door before check-out time, which was a bit awkward. To make matters worse, we were told that credit cards weren't accepted, despite being assured before booking that we could pay by card. It was a bit of a scramble to get our hands on cash, but we managed in the end.
