I had been there 9 years ago. It’s a typical chain hotel. It’s fine, with some signs of wear. The room is smaller compared to the usual hotels in Bali, but still acceptable. The location is good because it’s central, yet not in the most congested traffic area. It’s easy to access and has covered parking. A plus is that you can walk to Galeria Mal, which is just around the corner. There were no significant issues to point out.

The hotel was terrible, very dirty, mold under the shower, bugs in the bathroom, and a filthy floor. The air conditioning was so loud that we didn’t use it at night because it made it impossible to sleep. When we entered the room I noticed dirty stains on the bedding, so I asked the staff for a sheet change. The cleaner spent 30 minutes tossing supposedly “clean” sheets because each had dirty marks. Overall, I would not recommend it even for one night.

The location was fine, but the room was not clean—there was a roach infestation.

Close to the shopping center and not far from the airport, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly.
