“Great accommodation but a car is needed”
The new, modern villa had everything we needed for a few days, and the staff were ready to help whenever we needed. The beach and the sandbank where sharks and rays swam were amazing, and the free kayak hire was a nice bonus. It’s disappointing that the property says it has an outdoor pool but that only applies to villas with a pool, so that was a let‑down (just keep that in mind). The beach made up for it. We didn’t have a car, and scooters weren’t available—so book ahead if you want one. While there are restaurants nearby, there are no street lights and most places are a 20‑minute walk (Holy Delice offers a free shuttle, FYI). Taxis were pricey for short trips, though there’s a cheaper rate to/from the ferry. Having bikes would have been great. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended, just plan your transport and note the lack of a garden pool.
