The airport shuttle was convenient and the drivers were really friendly, but the room was full of mosquitoes and we couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel is amazing, very clean, rooms spotless, beds comfortable, and the restaurant service was excellent. In our group of 20 we booked 5 rooms and everyone had different check‑in and check‑out times for our event, so we needed more keys to access the rooms; the front‑desk staff showed no interest in helping because they said there was only one key per room. I ended up bringing the key myself and they only “helped” by opening the room for us, which is illogical since a key is needed to turn on the lights inside the room and they wouldn’t give us another key. Additionally, the receptionist seemed perpetually grumpy; out of the four people who attended us, one or two were noticeably irritable.
