Great location for our journey back to santander, great staff, service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was amazing. Thank you, we will definitely stay again

“Fabulous place with great atmosphere.”

The restaurant had a lively vibe with a great atmosphere and an extensive range of tapas, though the knife cabinets felt a bit unnerving.

“falta un poco de rapidez y organizacion”

The room was okay, but the service was slow; about thirty minutes after we sat down to dinner no one had taken our order, we had to ask for our drink after the first dish, the orders were wrong, there was more than ten minutes between the first and second plates while we were on the menu, and when we asked for the bill they didn’t know which table we were at—perhaps if each server had a set of tables instead of everyone roaming the whole restaurant and terrace it would be better. Breakfast was also a disappointment; we left without eating because we were invisible at the bar. At check‑out they took a long time to issue the invoice, which the night receptionist said should have been ready. One TV remote didn’t work, there were few towels, and the bathrobes were old and worn; we won’t return.

“Noisy but clean”

The room and bathroom were very clean, but there was only one staff member at reception who was busy helping elsewhere, so the waiting time was long and rushed during check‑in. A rock band played in the bar until the early hours, and the walls were thin, making the hotel noisy until 4 am.
