The service is very appropriate for the price. The place is very clean and very well located, close to the terminal.

The spot’s location was great, but the air felt stuffy and damp, the bed was average, and parking was a hassle: the garage on the next block required you to walk to the hotel to drop off the key, and when you retrieved the car you still had to bring the key back; getting the car to the garage meant a 3‑4 block walk.

The reception staff were friendly and always attentive, ready to help whenever needed. The hotel itself was simple, clean, and very quiet, which worked well for my stay in the city.

The place was right in the heart of town, just a few blocks from the terminal, and our room had a nice balcony. However, we arrived to dirty sheets, no toilet paper, and a bathroom that looked unhygienic. Breakfast did the job of filling us up despite its low quality: stale croissants, a tiny TANG juice sachet, industrial‑style toast that was oddly sweet from additives, no coffee, just hot water, and sachets for pouring. The staff were rude, impatient, and unhelpful, refusing to answer our respectful questions, which was utterly disappointing.
