The staff were nice. There’s a lack of order, and the shower drips.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Great service. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of dishes. We were able to lock our bikes in a special room in the underground parking.

The hotel was in a good spot for where I had to go for work. The bed was comfortable enough but nothing spectacular. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is a 4‑star only on paper: the room is small, they give you a tiny bottle of water upon arrival, the shower is very small and hard to turn around in, and the door is also broken. Breakfast was poor—definitely not 4‑star level.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the breakfast lady, but the breakfast itself was disappointing and stale, with croissants that looked like they were from the day before.
